Pre-move Survey

Quotation and contract
A quotation based on the result of the investigation together with a confirmation form will be sent to you via fax or e-mail in 24 hours after the visit. If you accept our quotation and decide to use our service, please complete the confirmation form and inform us by any means so that we can ensure the smooth carrying on of the following steps for packing, booking the shipment, Customs processing etc. on time.

Preparation of the move
A good move planning is a half success to an efficient and hassle-free move. It’s always advisable to plan 1 week ahead of actual moving taken place.
It is strongly recommended to get your goods ready and classified. If necessary, cartons or clothes-hanging cartons can be delivered before the packing day to help for classifying and temporary holding of the daily trivial items like cosmetics, decorations etc.
In the mean time, if you are going to make insurance for your items, evaluation on the items by packages is recommended. You can note down the value according to your judgment in advance and give it to the supervisor on the packing day.

Packing, loading and storage
Personal effects and household goods will be packed properly by our skillful packers on the agreed packing day. With many years of packing and moving experience, our professional packers have the knowledge on proper packing and loading so as to avoid potential damages during the transportation and keep the items under the same condition after it arrives at the destination. An English speaking supervisor (coordinator) will be on the spot during the packing to deliver your instruction to the packers and make the packing list for the upcoming Customs declaration, by which means to ensure effective communication and pleasant working out on any of the possible problems.
Goods for air cargo transportation might be temporary stored and a sheet of mark will be stuck on each of the boxes to show the Consignee’s name and contact information.

Forwarding and transportation
Before the goods for air cargo loaded on board, a process of Customs declaration is to be proceeded and document (possibly original passport air ticket) might be demanded. A receipt will be presented on receiving your documents and usually it will be returned with in the same or the latest the second day after the Customs processing accomplished.

Optional Destination service
