Upon receiving your call or email for consultation, a sales consultant will take notes and get a general idea about your goods and a free pre-move Survey might be proposed at your favorite time.
On the stage of visiting you, an expertly trained Residential Moving Consultant will visit your home to assess all of your needs, explain all procedures, identify concerns and advise you on moving techniques and moving tips.

Quotation and contract
A quotation based on the result of the investigation together with a confirmation form will be sent to you via fax or e-mail in 24 hours after the visit. If you accept our quotation and decide to use our service, please complete the confirmation form and inform us by any means so that we can ensure the smooth carrying on of the following steps for packing, booking the shipment, Customs processing etc. on time.

Preparation of the move
Our specially trained packers are available to provide complete or partial packing services for those customers who want PHX to pack their belongings.

On the moving day
our fully uniformed friendly crew will show up at your home to carefully and diligently prepare your belongings for the move.when we move your belongings we move them like they are our own.We will treat you as a customer and your goods the same way we would expect to be treated-with care respect and attention.

After sales service
One sales coordinator will take the whole process of service under his or her supervision and keep you updated about the latest situation of the shipment. A self-evaluation form and a form for your comments on our service quality and recommendation will be sent to you by e-mail for promoting our service level.
