Pre-move Survey
PHX will send senior customer consultant to client`s company to collect necessary information e.g. customer's requests, condition of the moving access, target moving volume etc.

Quotation
A detailed quotation with tailor-made proposal can be submitted in 24 hours after the survey.

Cartons Pre-move Delivery
When agreement are reached for the project, cartons can be offered in previous of the moving day.

Labeling and Listing
Labels with number, seat code and descriptions of packages will be sent out to the staff to record the number of their packages before moving out and on the delivery stage.

Site Protection
The corner of wall, floor, doors handlers and facilities of both current and new office site will be well protected before moving activity start.

Pack & Load
Items in public area e.g. sofa, water dispensor wll be packed properly before it is loaded into our van. And we have prepared special cartons to hold whole set of PCs. Vavious trollys and equipment will be adopted if necessary for handling of heavy items. Cartons and packages will be organized neatly and stably in the van to prevent collision and collapse.
