Service & Procedure - Office Move

Office move is a large-scale operation,It takes more time and requires more precision on the plan, especially need a professinal moving company with many experience on packing and transportation to get intervene. With carefully designed comprehensive relocation plan,advanced office move operating system,we will reduce the discommodiousness of moving to the minimum.

Pre-move Survey
PHX will send our senior managers to cline`s company to collect their requirements and concerns,the professionals will survey the site and estimate the total volume of items.

Quotation
To submit the quotation and confirm the tailor made proposal of your relocation.

survey the transportation route and packing materials delivery
After we reached agreement with clients,PHX will do field survey on transportation route and new office site.One week before moving day,PHX will delivery the pre-move packing materials.

Pack & Load
Proper material will be adopted for various items. For PC, fax machine and copier etc., blankets, bubble wrap and cardboard paper, to be used as appropriate, and will be moved on special trolleys designed for such transportation. Experienced technician plus careful operation minimize the disruption.

Transport & Deliver
The closed lorries are being used for bulk packed commodity; the microbus with sound cushioning ability is being adopted to transport servers. All items, labeled according to employee and office area, will be placed and unpacked as requested.

Clean the site
PHX will be responsible for packing material's cleaning after move. Bins emptied at later dates will be picked up by PHX within 3 days
