Discussion and analysis

Quotation and contract

If you accept our quotation and decide to use our service follow the negotiated procedure, you are obliged to complete the confirmation form and inform us by any means so that we/ the local agent can ensure the smooth carrying on of the following steps for packing, booking the shipment, Customs processing etc. on time.
Preparation of the move
A good move planning is a half success to an efficient and hassle-free move. It¡¯s always advisable to plan 10 (working) days ahead of actual moving taken place.
It is strongly recommended to get your goods ready and classified. If necessary, cartons or clothes-hanging cartons can be delivered before the packing day to help for classifying and temporary holding of the clothes and daily trivial items like cosmetics, decorations etc.
In the mean time, if you are going to make insurance for your items, evaluation on the items by packages is recommended. You can note down the value according to your judgment in advance and give it to the supervisor on the packing day.
Packing, loading and storage
Personal effects and household goods will be packed properly by skillful packers on the agreed packing day. With many years of packing and moving experience, the packers have the knowledge on proper packing and loading so as to avoid potential damages during the transportation and keep the items under the same condition after it arrives at the destination. A native supervisor (coordinator) will be on the spot during the packing to deliver your instruction to the packers and make the packing list for the upcoming Customs declaration, by which means to ensure effective communication and pleasant working out on any of the possible problems.
L.C.L (less than container load) goods can be reorganized and placed tidily at warehouse adhering to the principle of safety and space saving. Then skillful carpenters will customize wooden (or non-wood) boxes or pallets when get the confirmation from clients through the sales coordinator balancing from both safety and economical point of view.
Forwarding and transportation
Before the goods for shipping loaded on board, a process of Customs declaration is to be proceeded and document (possibly original passport, working permit etc.) might be demanded. A receipt will be presented on receiving your documents and usually it will be returned with in the same or the latest the second day after the Customs processing accomplished.
For L.C.L cases, compulsory fumigation & disinfection will be done for the wooden boxes (outside packing if needed) before loaded on board.
Destination service
Upon the arrival of the goods at the seaport, we will contact you to arrange the delivery. A few steps, for instance, Customs clearance, doing payment for port charges and taxes (sometimes free), delivery, unloading the container, unpacking, reassembling of the furniture, removal of packing debris, will be taken interactively with courtesy. The documents we need for clearing the goods at China Customs are Notification of Arrival, Original Passport, Original Bill of Lading (or telex release) etc.
After sales service
One sales coordinator will take the whole process of service under his or her supervision and keep you updated about the latest situation of the shipment.
